Happy Valentine's Day

It is Saturday night at 10:30pm and instead of a romantic evening with the hubby eating Thai food and watching a movie I rented, hubby is crashed out on the bed and I'm blogging. That is okay though, because we just got back from a 5 day long valentine celebration in Mexico. As soon as we stepped off the plane and into the cold rain it was pretty much over. I look at my tan (maybe not that tan, but tan for me) face in the mirror and remember "oh yeah, I was in Mexico yesterday."
I can highly recommend this place as the best place I have ever visited. Andy was sold upon arrival with two shots of tequila and a mini-pool waiting for us in our room.

Oh dearest wife… you forgot to tell the loyal readers why I went to bed so early on V-day… Montezuma’s Revenge!! Our vacation was amazing. Candlelight dinners on the beach – very romantic! But, on the way home (in the airports, on the plane, etc.) is when Montezuma took hold. He’s still seeking revenge on me NOW! Hummm… Too much information for this audience?? Perhaps. But I feel I must justify my actions to this higher being… the blog-o-sphere of judgmental onlookers… who are surely going to remember this lame Valentines Day performance and think “poor Jana, her husband is soooo lame.” Well… next time YOU BLOGGERS get Montezuma’s revenge we’ll see how romantic YOU feel! Ha!
