Magical Baby Smile

Suddenly the world seems better when Britta smiles at me. She talks to me too and it sounds like, "ahhhhh-ahhhhh." I like to answer her by repeating over and over again, "mama, mama, mama." She likes to look into my eyes and no way can I turn away. I have surrendered my heart to her.

I took her to Nordstrom last night for her first shopping trip. She did very good and didn't buy anything. Gotta teach self control early these days.

While Lupe was at the vet today Britta was getting her check up with Dr. Dong. She weighs 13lbs now. She's in the 50% percentile for height and weight and that isn't even correcting for prematurity.
