Football anyone?
A few women are heading to the Christmas Markets in Dusseldorf and Cologne this weekend. Another mom suggested our husbands get the kids together while we're gone. I told this idea to Andy.
Andy: we can see if we can find some NFL games online to watch.
Me: he's French.
Andy: oh.

The real story... Thanksgiving just didn't seem the same without a little american football. I didn't think football was a critical t-day ingredient - like turkey or pumpkin pie - but let me tell you, it is.
So, Thanksgiving night, after the kids are in bed, I went online to find football. Damn NFL has everything locked up so tight... you've got to pay 9 bucks just to listed to a game! bastards make enough money already! I wasn't about to part with my 9 euros...
So, when jana said "hey, the dads should get together this weekend" I immediately thought YES! Football, beer, pizza! But no... Jana says the other dad is French. Hummmm.
