Victory declared

Perhaps three times is presumptious to declare victory but I'm riding high on a few successful meals with my kids. Ever since I got my sandwich maker I've been able to disguise all kinds of food in "pockets."

Two weeks ago: egg salad + cheddar cheese and smash it all into the sandwich maker and the kids asked for more.

Last week: lamb and mashed potatoes in the food processor --> into sandwich maker. I called it shwarma and watched them chow.

Tonight: My boldest move yet. Tomatoes. Yes, really, Karsten and Britta both ate tomatoes. I pureed tomatoes, bacon and stuck them all together with some jack cheese and they ate and ate and ate.

The possibilites are endless.
